Cor­por­ate Gov­ernance in the Nor­d­ic Coun­tries
I study how own­er­ship, boards and top man­age­ment in­cent­ives are used as cor­por­ate gov­ernance mech­an­isms in the Nor­d­ic coun­tries. These mech­an­isms are used to align the in­terest between core stake­hold­er groups, such as share­hold­ers, em­ploy­ees, loc­al com­munity etc.
Cor­por­ate Gov­ernance in Emer­ging Mar­kets
I study how cor­por­ate gov­ernance in emer­ging mar­kets, such as Africa, In­done­sia and Car­ri­bean coun­tries, im­pact firm per­form­ance and busi­ness de­cisions.
