Apply Econometrics to improve real-world causal inference

I am a Research Assistant at the Center for Corporate Governance, assisting Professor Steen Thomsen. My academic background spans economic growth, labor economics, and microeconometrics.

My work sits at the intersection of applied econometrics, labor/firm dynamics, and foundation ownership, with a focus on transforming large administrative datasets into credible evidence. I aim for my research to inform policy and practice by identifying causal effects on individual and firm behavior and performance.
