Qiqi Jiang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Digitalization, Copenhagen Business School. He obtained his PhD degree from Department of Information Systems, City University of Hong Kong, Master degree from ETH Zurich, and Bachelor degree from Nankai University. His research interests include: Business value of Artificial Intelligence, online knowledge production (e.g. open-source software community, wikipedia, and crowdsourcing), and digital marketing . His research has appeared, or will appear, in several reputable IS journals and conferences, such as MIS Quarterly, Journal of Management Information Systems, and Journal of the Association for Information Systems, among many others.
