Presentation

Sarah is a PhD fellow at the Center for Corporate Governance at Copenhagen Business School. She holds an MSc and BSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen. Her research interests focus on how workplace environments and employee wellbeing affect key outcomes such as retention, productivity, sickness absence, and work-related accidents. Using microeconometric methods and comprehensive Danish register data, her work investigates the broader implications of workplace environments for both employees and firms.
