I am in­spired by the hard work of many in cli­mate ac­tion, and I seek to con­trib­ute through timely re­search.

I am a PhD fellow at the Department of Strategy and Innovation at CBS. As part of the Ports as Energy Transition Hubs (POTENT) project and the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Doctoral Network, I strive to produce interdisciplinary research and knowledge to help: 

- port authorities consider how value and opportunities might emerge at the interaction of different sectors and economic activities 

- policymakers make informed decisions that advance a lower-emissions and just transition 

- firms and NGOs coordinate efforts through effective collaborations.  

I am also affiliated with CBS Maritime, a cross-departmental platform that brings together and applies research-based knowledge to support management, organizational, and policy development in the maritime sector. 

Prior to joining CBS, I worked in the field of corporate sustainability within the shipping sector in Hong Kong and conducted research on Canadian climate politics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.

Ports as En­ergy Trans­ition Hubs (PO­TENT) Doc­tor­al Net­work

The PO­TENT Doc­tor­al Net­work is a re­search pro­ject fun­ded by the European Com­mis­sion through a Mar­ie Skłodowska-Curie Ac­tions (MSCA) grant. The pro­ject aims to un­der­stand how ports can sup­port and ac­cel­er­ate Europe’s clean en­ergy trans­ition.
