My research aims to uncover the mechanisms that shape the emergence and spread of inventive activity, with a particular focus on how labour market forces stimulate innovation and support the effective matching of talent to productive roles.

My research aims to shed light on the factors that drive the production and diffusion of inventiveness, emphasizing how labour market dynamics foster innovation and facilitate the efficient allocation of talent. By understanding how individuals are matched to roles where their skills can generate the greatest impact, my work contributes to enhancing firm performance, advancing societal progress, and promoting sustainable economic growth.
