I ex­plore strategies bey­ond quotas to ad­vance wo­men lead­ers

I am a PhD Fellow at the Department of Strategy and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School. My research explores individual and organizational strategies that enable women’s advancement in top management and board positions. 

Through collaboration with firms and NGOs in Denmark and Germany, I examine how organizations can move beyond quotas to develop sustainable pathways for gender diversity in leadership. The insights from my research aim to inform policies and initiatives that support aspiring leaders in reaching decision-making roles.
