I am part of a pro­ject where we fol­low and eval­u­ate an ini­ti­at­ive to bet­ter the work­ing con­di­tions of wel­fare work­ers in Herlev Mu­ni­cip­al­ity. The ini­ti­at­ive is centered around in­creas­ing the sub­ject know­ledge through the defin­i­tion of core or crit­ic­al com­pet­en­cies on which new ca­reer paths and on­board­ing pro­grams are to be based.
