About
Primary research areas
I look for new ways of teaching and learning to support responsible management education. I transform how leadership development is understood and taught. I teach early-career faculty to become better teachers
I have a particular interest in business education and learning, focusing on developing pedagogies for responsible leadership.
My research, teaching and educational development activities contribute to
- Rethinking how leadership is taught based on a process-relational understanding. I build on experience from teaching personal leadership development in CBS’ Master of Public Governance.
- Creating new educational formats and pedagogies to motivate and support responsible management education. This includes a focus on teaching activities as well as assessment formats.
- Decisions on how to include technology in education with a particular focus on blending in-class and online activities.
- Development of university faculty’s teaching competences. I teach in CBS’ faculty development program for early-career faculty.
