My research transforms how we understand modern work by combining AI technology with economic analysis to create healthier, more equitable workplaces. Using Large Language Models and Danish administrative data, I investigate how remote work policies benefit entire families, identify workplace factors that harm employee mental health, and reveal how innovation affects different income groups unequally. This work provides evidence-based guidance for policymakers creating better work regulations, organizations implementing flexible policies, and HR leaders building psychologically safer environments.
