Primary research areas
Student well-being
As part of CBS Well-being Lab, I co-create (qualitative and quantitative) insights with university students and school pupils to better understand the core well-being issues in today’s student life. Building on these insights, I take part in the development of theoretical frameworks as well as practical tools that enable educational institutions (teachers, management, admin and students) to better support students in thriving together.
Well-being in PhD supervision
Investigating what pedagogical, practical and social practices can improve the quality of PhD supervision to both produce good research and a supportive working environment where both students and supervisors thrive together.
Forms of government in the localized green transition
Investigating the current development of Grøn Trepart, the Danish national agreement for a green transition, to understand the potentials and challenges to localized policy initiatives
Affects in organisation
Taking the orchestral conductor as empirical case, I investigate the potentials and challenges of affective leadership in organisation
Political communication
Investigating forms of civil mobilisation in relation to climate change and biodiversity
Developing insights to help organisations and people thrive together
I am a research assistant doing research and practical projects centered around CBS Wellbeing Lab, aiming to improve student and PHD wellbeing at Copenhagen Business School and beyond. My academic interests span across polyphonic, hybrid and paradox leadership, affects in organisation and all things related to qualitative and/or mixed methods.
I feel most at home working in the intersection of the practical and the analytical, and so my professional background includes spells teaching qualitative methods, doing consultancy within fields of communication, change management and culture-business partnerships, and working three years as head secretary of a music festival.
