My academic interests are within the fields of transformation of organizations, - change management, innovation and entrepreneurship such as business transformation, digital innovation and automation planning.
I have an interest in organizational change in particular how change effect work and the people in and outside the organization. I am especially curious about the balance between the need of radical change and stability.
I received in 2016 my PhD in innovation and leadership.
My research focus in particular on how digitalization is transforming organizations, with an interest on how collaboration between customers and various levels of organizations can be an important driver for the innovation process and technological development.
I teach at HDO in change management, innovation and entrepreneurship. Furthermore, I supervise in the fields of leadership, organizational change processes, change management, innovation and entrepreneurship. I supervise on all academic level incl. master's theses.
