Kim Sundtoft Hald is a Professor with special responsibilities in performance management within operations, business to business relationships and supply chains at the Copenhagen Business School (CBS) In his research Kim focus on the assessment and management of performance in production and supply chains, and more specifically on performance measurement in supply chains and business relationships, digitalization of processes for performance outcomes and assessment/evaluation and management of sustainability and circular economy within the supply chain.

The survey investigated what impact the coronavirus-crisis had on different types of firms in different industries, how managers dealt with the disruptions, and what they plan to do to protect their supply chains going forward.
