She is currently exploring tensions and paradoxes in multistakeholder collaborations in sustainability networks, particularly Indo-Danish collaborations in the waste, water, and energy sectors in India. Her project will investigate the antecedent conditions for effective collaborations for sustainability-focused projects, how organizations collaborate to develop joint value propositions aiming to deliver environmental, social, and economic value, and the dynamic managerial approaches through which organizations overcome tensions.
