Presentation and academic fields
Bent is a former partner and head of PwC's Danish department for Business Restructuring Services.
He is a certified advisor within Harvard Business School / PwC's International Advanced Corporate Restructuring Program.
Bent is also an external lecturer at CBS at Int. Economics, Government, and Business.
Bent has been used in the Commercial Court as an expert in financial and accounting matters.
He has a master's degree in economics from the University of Copenhagen.
 
Professional and/or academic experience
Bent advises Danish and international top-tier, mid-tier and SMV clients and specializes in advising various types of stakeholders, in connection with company preparation for sale, restructuring and refinancing of companies.
He has been responsible for preparing independent assessments of over 100 companies, as well as refinancing since the mid-00s. 
His advice has covered 19 industries and has been carried out in close dialogue with the board of directors and the executive board
and has included strategic and operational initiatives with the greatest possible value creation for the company.
Bent has advised banks, investors, private equity-owned and owner-managed companies, listed companies, public companies.
