Ziggy Zinn Thomas holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration (Cand. Merc. Finance and Accounting) from Copenhagen Business School.
Fields of interest include corporate finance, M&A LBOs, Investments in and financing of renewable and sustainable assets, fixed income, real estate, and capital structure.
I am currently employed as a Senior Associate at Catella Corporate Finance and part-time as a Teaching Assistant and Supervisor. At Catella Corporate Finance I assist our clients with real estate investment banking-related advisory, including but not limited to M&A and raising of debt and equity capital.
Furthermore, from my previous job at the Danish Green Investment Fund (today EIFO), I provided mezzanine debt to green tech companies and projects within renewables (PtX, circular economy, solar power, biogas, e-mobility, and wind power) enabling an environmental and economic return within the same investment.
