Frederik Rebsdorf holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting (Cand.merc. i Finansiering og Regnskab) from Copenhagen Business School.
Fields of interest includes corporate finance, M&A, capital structure, valuation of listed and unlisted companies, strategy, funding and financing.
Professional and/or academic experience
Currently employed as M&A Director at Nordisk Games A/S. Previous experience from M&A, Business Development, Treasury and finance positions in Denmark and Switzerland.
Employed part time as Teaching Assistant at the Department of Finance, Copenhagen Business School.
