I study how digital technologies can transform governments
Researching digital governance for societal impact
My research helps governments, organizations, and citizens understand and govern the societal transformations brought by digital technologies such as AI, data infrastructures, and platforms. I focus on how public institutions can responsibly adopt innovation while safeguarding democratic values, transparency, and accountability.
I work on challenges such as:
- Governing generative AI in the public sector
- Ensuring inclusive and ethical digital transformation
- Designing policies that balance innovation with public trust
My motivation is to bridge technology and society by producing actionable knowledge for policymakers and practitioners. I also contribute to the academic community through editorial work, collaborative projects, and supporting early-career scholars.
My ambition is to strengthen the capacity of public institutions worldwide to harness digital innovation in ways that are responsible, equitable, and socially beneficial.
