Researching digital governance for societal impact

My research helps governments, organizations, and citizens understand and govern the societal transformations brought by digital technologies such as AI, data infrastructures, and platforms. I focus on how public institutions can responsibly adopt innovation while safeguarding democratic values, transparency, and accountability.

I work on challenges such as:

- Governing generative AI in the public sector

- Ensuring inclusive and ethical digital transformation

- Designing policies that balance innovation with public trust

My motivation is to bridge technology and society by producing actionable knowledge for policymakers and practitioners. I also contribute to the academic community through editorial work, collaborative projects, and supporting early-career scholars.

My ambition is to strengthen the capacity of public institutions worldwide to harness digital innovation in ways that are responsible, equitable, and socially beneficial.
