Cecilie Fanøe Andersens ph.d-thesis is within the field of state aid and public procurement. The thesis focuses on the interaction between state aid law and public procurement law and the interrelated area of the two. More particularly the thesis seeks to examine which rules apply in situations where public contracts are awarded directly without competition.
