Toke Reichstein is a Professor at Copenhagen Business School whose research explores how innovation, entrepreneurship, and markets for technology drive business growth and economic progress. His work examines how firms organize to innovate, how startups grow and evolve, and how the qualities and behaviours of entrepreneurs shape success — both within their ventures and across the broader labour market.

Bridging economics, strategy, and management, his research reveals how knowledge is created, exchanged, and transformed into value through collaboration and competition. His studies — published in leading journals including Strategic Management Journal, Management Science, Organization Science, and Research Policy — provide insights for entrepreneurs, firms, and policymakers on how innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurial talent, and technology markets fuel sustainable growth. ½
