Præsentation
My PhD research concerns the digital transformation of work in public sector organizations. More specifically, I seek to explore how the existing tasks of caseworkers change and new tasks emerge when significant parts of their case processing are digitally automated. Empirically, this will be investigated through a qualitative case study consisting of two Danish municipal units.
At CBS, I am a member of the research group “Valuing invisible work: efficiency ambitions and digitalization projects in practice”.
