When exams are approaching the study seats at CBS Library Solbjerg Plads are in great demand. Here is a guide to alternative places to settle down with your laptop and books.

CBS Library runs 4 reading rooms across CBS Campus:

  1. Solbjerg Plads in the library
The largest reading room on campus with access to book collections and help from the librarians.
There are nearly 400 study seats and 88 of them are located in the quiet reading room on the second floor.
  2. Dalgas Have 2nd floor in the middle
The second-largest reading room with 152 study seats, of which 103 cannot be booked but serves as "first come, first served".
  3. Graduate House
Two reading rooms with 48 study seats and sofa areas if you wish to sit more comfortably.
  4. Porcelænshaven 24B 0. floor (update 27 May 2020: The reading room is terminated during the summer of 2020)
68 study seats close to Frederiksberg Have, which is great for taking a walk and get some fresh air when the studies become overwhelming.

24-hour access

Apart from the reading room in Dalgas Have, all reading rooms are open around the clock. To have 24/7 access, simply make your way to the Campus Desk and get your student card activated as an access card.
Some of the days during Christmas and New Year are closed - see opening hours.
