CBS Law is delighted to host the traditional CBS Annual International Tax Conference. This year’s edition takes a close look at the role that general anti-avoidance rules play in the legal order at both the Danish and European levels.

Futures of Tax session 3 will kick off this years tax conference as Dr. Siddhesh Rao sits down with Benjamin Angel. The session will focus on taxes, trade, and transparency: Where does EU tax policy go next?

Angel has long been at the heart of European tax governance, with senior leadership roles at DG TAXUD and DG ECFIN, and experience as a cabinet member to three EU Commissioners for Economic and Monetary Affairs. This conversation will focus on how the EU can harmonize its tax base for growth while upholding its commitments to transparency and anti-abuse.
