About the course
What you will learn
At the end of the course, the participant should be able to:
- - Discuss the logic of key models, frameworks and analytical approaches from the strategic management domain.
- - Identify a suitable case for the application of relevant theories and frameworks.
- - Apply the relevant theories and frameworks to analyze the chosen case (your own organization or in the lack thereof, an assigned organization).
- - Present argumentation using the key models, frameworks, theories, and analytical approaches from the strategic management course.
- - Build a consistent and logical conclusion that follows from the analysis and is supported with references to the relevant analysis, theory, and/or data about the organization.
