Reflecting its foundations in the study of Organizational Behaviour, it draws on strong research traditions in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology, as well as Economics. In the brief time we have together we can only skim the surface, but you can still learn a lot about yourself, the people you work with, and how to lead the organizations you work within.

What you will learn

By the end of the course students should be able to:

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of key theories, concepts, and models from the Leadership and Organizational Behaviour course.
  • Use theories, concepts, and models from the course to analyze and develop insights into leadership and organizational challenges.
  • Use theories, concepts, and models from the course to identify, analyze, and reflect on organizational implications of alternative leadership decisions and actions.
  • Present structured analytical arguments, supported by data, to recommend appropriate leadersip decisions and actions.
