Course content

Leadership and strategy introduces to the student philosophical analysis of organization.

The aim of the course is to introduce the students to concepts in leadership and strategy and to employ analytical tools that can help them in their later professional career. The predominantly contemporary curriculum is designed to develop the student's capacity to identify problems, challenges and potentials within organizational leadership and strategy. Furthermore, the course shows students how philosophy can become a productive force in the analysis of organizations.
