What you will learn
At the end of the course, the participant should be able to:
- - Discuss the logic of key models, frameworks and analytical approaches form the strategic development and strategy implementation domain.
- - Identify a suitable case for the application of relevant models.
- - Adapt and apply key models, framework, heuristics, tools, and analytical approaches to analyze the chosen case (your own organization or in the lack thereof, an assigned organization).
- - Present argumentation using the key models, frameworks, heuristics, tools and analytical approaches from strategic development and strategy execution domain to support a strategy development process.
- - Build a consistent conclusion from the analysis.
