Stefan Ring Thor­b­jørnsen

My main research fields are organization, management, innovation and project management. At CBS I have been teaching the bachelor subject Organizational analysis since 2018. I am also teaching at RUC and CPHBusiness at both master, bachelor and diploma level.

Professional and/or academic experience

My professional background is a 15 year employment in the Danish Defense in the civilian section where I mainly worked with cooporate HRM and development of leadership.
My academic experience is a PhD from CBS in Organization with the title: Changes in the Danish Defense. I am author or co-author of 17 article within the research field of my PhD, knowledge management and innovation.  "
 

Pedagogical experience/method skills/supervision

I supervise in the fields of organizational theory, innovation, project management and managerial economics at CBS, RUC and CPHBusiness. I am also lecturing in the same subjects and have done that for the last 25 years.
