My re­search fo­cuses on the chal­lenges di­git­ally ex­cluded cit­izens face in the meet­ing of the di­git­al state, and how respons­ibility of in­clu­sion is dis­trib­uted among sev­er­al act­ors in the pub­lic sec­tor and civil so­ci­ety. My cur­rent PhD pro­ject uses a case study of di­git­al re­hab­il­it­a­tion of in­car­cer­ated people and aims to gen­er­ate new know­ledge on the or­gan­iz­a­tion and im­ple­ment­a­tion of di­git­al in­clu­sion, in­clud­ing on glid­ing respons­ibility.
