In my research I have used organizational theory, particularly institutional theory to study humanitarian organizations and their strategies to influence political decision-making. My main academic interests are civil society organizations, particularly humanitarian organizations. I work at the Danish Sport Federation as a voluntary consultant, hence, I also have a specific interest in sport organizations.

My academic interest is within civil society organizations and their influence on political decision-making. My professionel experience comes primarily from the Danish Sport Federation, where I work with volunteerism.

I supervise projects that applies organizational theory. Due to my academic interests, I have special competencies within civil society organizations.
