Heidi Graff Mortensen

I have many years of experience as a manager/leader in both the private and public sector. I have also been teaching at diploma of leadership for several years. I work as a independent organizational and leadership consultant besides teaching at CBS. My field is organizational development and strategy realization. I also work with social capital and mental health, organization analyses/theory and qualitative methods.
