Understanding How Ideas, People, and Capital Connect
I study how people, ideas, and capital come together to create innovation and Entrepreneurship. My research looks at how entrepreneurs find the right investors, how finance shapes new ventures, and how talent moves across firms to spread new ideas.
I want to understand what helps entrepreneurs succeed – and what holds them back. My work helps investors, policymakers, and founders build fairer, smarter, and more inclusive markets for innovation and entrepreneurship.
I also explore how gender, diversity, and skills shape access to opportunities in entrepreneurship and work life.
I actively support the entrepreneurship and innovation research community through reviewing high quality journals, research collaborations, and mentoring young scholars.
