Artifi­cial In­tel­li­gence (AI) and Or­gan­iz­ing
Draw­ing on or­gan­iz­a­tion­al the­ory and tech­no­logy stud­ies, I ex­plore how AI trans­forms or­gan­iz­a­tion­al prac­tices and work. My in­ter­dis­cip­lin­ary ap­proach ex­am­ines the in­ter­play between AI, de­cision-mak­ing, labor dy­nam­ics, and or­gan­iz­a­tion­al change. I fo­cus on the ten­sions and ad­apt­a­tions that emerge when AI be­comes em­bed­ded in or­gan­iz­a­tion­al life.

Ex­plor­ing how AI trans­forms people and or­gan­iz­a­tions

I examine how artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work and organize. My research helps organizations navigate the complex realities of AI implementation, moving beyond efficiency promises to understand how AI actually reshapes decision-making,  work practices, and organizational life. My research addresses critical questions:

- How does AI change everyday work practices and organizational routines?

- How do organizations balance technological ambitions with the realities of implementation?

- What tensions and transformations emerge as AI becomes embedded in organizational life?

I focus on both private companies and the Danish public sector, often finding inspiration at the intersection between fast-paced technological companies, knowledge workers in consultancies, and warm hands in the public sector.

My research helps:

- Organizations understand the human and organizational dimensions of AI adoption

- Workers and managers navigate changing practices in AI-augmented workplaces
