Rethinking the Taken-For-Granted in Organisations
My research explores and exposes the underlying assumptions that shape organisational life and management practices. I examine what is taken for granted in organisational thinking and how these assumptions both enable and constrain our ways of working, leading, and relating. In doing so, my work contributes to more reflective, inclusive, and responsible forms of organising. My ambition is to expand the horizons of management scholarship and practice by making visible what we usually overlook, thereby helping leaders and organisations to see themselves – and their possibilites for change – in a new light.
