I help humans thrive with AI and digital technology
Preparing Organizations and People for the AI-Augmented Future
My research helps organizations and professionals successfully navigate digital transformation by developing frameworks for effective human-AI collaboration. I investigate how artificial intelligence and digital technologies reshape workplace skills, focusing on augmentation rather than replacement of human expertise.
My work directly supports companies in managing AI implementation while preserving innovation capacity and employee development. Through empirical studies of technology firms and startups, I provide practical insights for balancing automation benefits with human creativity in entrepreneurial environments.
I also advance AI education by developing innovative teaching methods that prepare students for collaborative human-AI workflows. My funded project on AI-augmented teaching creates progressive competency pathways that help people develop confidence and proficiency with AI systems.
By bridging academic research with real-world applications, my work helps organizations build resilient strategies for digital innovation while ensuring technological change serves human flourishing.
