Mine forskningsinteresser ligger primært i forbrugertransformationer og forbrugsrelateret individuel og samfundsmæssig trivsel. Min forskning har især fokuseret på fødevareforbrug og forbrugernes sårbarheder og ressourcer inden for dette område.
