Director of PhD School in Design and Management of ICT 1998-2004, head of department 2005-8, coordinator of EU 7FP project 2008-10, serving as chairman and member at several boards and committees, and engaged in applied research on digitalization in business and government. Presently studying foundation of trust in contexts of taxation, security and other compliance settings.
