Michael Augustine's overall key competences and academic interests lie within strategy, production economics, financing and accounting. In addition to teaching, he owns a business where he is a sparring partner with company managers within the development of business areas etc. including financial advice.

Professional experience includes 10 years as an auditor, 10 years as financial manager and 15 years as a self-employed person within business consulting. Academic experience includes 20 years within the teaching sector.
