I connect learning, leadership and organizational change
My work explores how learning and leadership shape change in organizations. I am particularly interested in how everyday practices, dialogue, and reflection can foster sustainable transformations in complex settings.
Through research, teaching, and collaboration with practitioners, I investigate how leaders and employees make sense of change and how they act in uncertain and dynamic environments. My work contributes to understanding how organizational learning and leadership development enable long-term adaptation and innovation.
I draw on qualitative and participatory methods to explore lived experiences and co-create insights with organizations. I am passionate about bridging academic research with real-world challenges and supporting leaders in navigating change with care, courage, and curiosity.
In addition to research and teaching, I actively engage in practice-based networks and development initiatives that promote learning and leadership across sectors.
