Shaping circular futures through collaboration and change
My research helps organizations transition towards circular and regenerative ways of working. I explore how companies can rethink resource use, value creation, and impact by engaging in collaborative innovation and systems thinking.
I focus on how organizational transformation emerges through experimentation, cross-sector partnerships, and new leadership approaches. By studying real-world change processes, I aim to support businesses and institutions in addressing complex environmental and societal challenges.
I am particularly motivated by questions of how we shift mindsets, practices, and structures to enable sustainable futures. My work contributes to both academic knowledge and practical tools for navigating the green transition.
Through teaching and applied research, I work closely with students, practitioners, and policy actors to co-create knowledge that matters — for people, planet, and organizations.
