Sub­jectiv­ity and So­ci­ety
Ex­amin­ing how sub­jectiv­it­ies are al­ways em­bed­ded in his­tor­ic­al, ma­ter­i­al, cul­tur­al, and so­cio-eco­nom­ic struc­tures that in­flu­ence them in sig­ni­fic­ant ways. Ex­amin­ing how late cap­it­al­ist so­ci­et­ies af­fect and shape their sub­jects. Ap­ply­ing crit­ic­al and psy­cho­ana­lyt­ic the­or­ies to un­der­stand con­tem­por­ary so­cial re­la­tions and re­la­tions to the non-hu­man.
Crit­ic­al Busi­ness Eth­ics and Or­gan­iz­a­tion Stud­ies
Ap­ply­ing philo­soph­ic­al and psy­cho­ana­lyt­ic per­spect­ives to scru­tin­ize tra­di­tion­al busi­ness eth­ics and chal­lenge the power dy­nam­ics and ideo­lo­gic­al pre­sump­tions at play in vari­ous or­gan­iz­a­tion­al struc­tures, dis­cip­lin­ary ar­range­ments and lived ex­per­i­ences.

Mak­ing mar­gin­al­ized voices heard

Criticizing shortcomings in what exists and paving the way for better developments and improved opportunities. 

With my research I hope to contribute to developing a critical understanding of late capitalist societies and the socio-environmental challenges of our time, so that we can think more clearly about how to mitigate them.
