Exchange Social Coordinator
CBS International Office is looking for a student assistant to join the Exchange Social Programme (ESP) Coordinating team, and together lead, operate and execute the various activities it entails. The ESP is a unique sociocultural programme offered each semester by CBS to all inbound exchange students, approximately 850 students in the autumn and 600 in the spring, as well as hundreds of students during the Summer University. The ESP consists of two introduction weeks before each semester start and various other seasonal activities, including three weekend trips. The purpose of the program is to facilitate and ease the integration process for the exchange students, to provide a platform for them to build a social network and to introduce them to Danish culture, Copenhagen and CBS - in short, help them get the most out of their exchange socially.

- Shows understanding of different cultures, as well as being service-minded
- Manages and organizes their own work when needed
- Works flexibly in terms of hours and performs well under pressure

As an ESP Coordinator, you will be tasked with the following:
- Planning and executing of ESP activities and events
- Negotiating with various suppliers and external partners
- Creating SoMe marketing material
- Event management budgeting
- Recruiting, motivating and leading volunteers
- Conducting and analyzing quantitative evaluation feedback
- Coordinate with team Inbound
Workload and salary
The workload is set to be 10-15 hours weekly on average. However, up to and during the two introduction weeks and the three weekend trips, an extra workload should be expected, so you should expect to be extra busy in August and January, respectively, and the job is less intensive with fewer working hours in March-April and October-November. The employment takes place in accordance with the HK organisational agreement and the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Publicly Employed Organisations (OAO-S Collective Agreement).
The salary currently ranges between DKK 142,98 and DKK 149,99 per hour and is dependent on previous employment in the office profession and level of education. The pension contribution amounts to 16% of the pensionable salary components.
It is a prerequisite for employment that you are an active student at a higher educational institution. The employment will terminate automatically when you graduate from your university studies.
