Kai is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Operations Management at Copenhagen Business School. Kai holds a B.Sc. in General Management, a M.Sc. in Diversity and Change Management and a Ph.D. on Industrial Service Provision and Servitization.
Her main research interests revolve around service provision, both in professional service firms and in manufacturing, accounting, accountability and pricing.
