Præsentation

My academic work explores the organizational aspects of collaboration, knowledge, and expertise in the workplace as well as the functioning and dilemmas of bureaucracy. I use ethnographic methods and practice-based perspectives and have conducted studies in the aeronautical industry and the Italian public sector.

I am currently planning research in the field of cybersecurity on the role of collaborative structures in supporting digital resilience. I also have a keen interest in subaltern theories (feminist, post-colonial, queer), the use of art to develop our scholarly imagination, and the dissemination of core ideas from organization theory.
