TI have been working as external consultant for more than 40 years. Today, as external lecturer at CBS, I am dedicated to teaching subjects related to Organizational Theory. I am a member of the Faculty at the 4 year Diploma Course (HD) – both teaching at the basic level and on the advanced course during the latter two years.
Key competencies:
• All subjects related to Organizational Development, including: Leadership, processes in organizations,
behavioural changes in organisations, power and stakeholders etc.
• Coaching and guidance of students
I am still working in the Consultancy Business through a Copenhagen based company Factor 3 Ltd.
Also, I practise my teaching subjects as chairman of Birkerød Tennis Club, which is a top club in DK with more than 1100 members and a lot of focus on elite and talent development.
Through my career as consultant and partner at significant Danish and international firms like Implement Consultancy Group and Coopers & Lybrand Ltd., I have at same time been teaching at CBS and writing books. These books include tiles as “”Change Management” – the first book in Danish on this subject published in 1995 – “To make a difference” about the personal contributions and challenges for managers engaged in change processes published year 2000. Later titles as “Fit for Fight” 2003 about organizing through projects, “Leading employees, who are smarter than you” about leading knowledge workers from 2005 and “Reflective leadership” about the need for reflecting while intervening from 2008 reveals, which topics have been occupying my professional mindset through the years.
Through the years, I have been supervising students in a broad range of subjects related to my fields of expertise.
