I am a senior researcher with the research interest in organisational changes in public organisations, the role of professionals in organisations, the development towards governance in public organisations, public policy and administration in general. I have worked within different policy areas especially in the regions and municipalities.
Professional and/or academic experience
I have been a researcher and teacher at different universities and applied research institutions for many years and have had a close contact to practice due to my applied research.
