My research examines corporate strategy and its impact on people—specifically, employees and patients. In one stream, I focus on employee reconfiguration and redeployment—meaning mobility within and across organizations—in the context of corporate strategic changes. In a second stream, I investigate the effects of corporate strategic decisions in healthcare organizations on healthcare outcomes.
