Mo­hammed Al­baraki

Mohammed Al-Baraki holds a BSc in International Business as well as an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.

Fields of interest include corporate finance, venture capital, private equity growth & LBOs, IPOs, M&A, valuation of listed and unlisted companies, real option valuation, and capital structure.

Professional and/or academic experience

Several years of investment experience, spanning from investing in growth equity in Emerging Markets, raising equity for venture capital firms, and other corporate finance related matters as optimal capital structure.

Pedagogical experience/method skills/supervision

Teaching Assistant and Supervisor (supervision and grading) on finance projects for the BSc in Economics and Business Administration program (HA almen).
