Chiara Isabella Di Rubbo is a PhD Fellow at the Department of Digitalization, Copenhagen Business School. Her research focuses on how leadership emerges in digital project environments, with a particular emphasis on IT project teams. She studies how leadership unfolds through everyday interactions, mutual influence, and trust—beyond formal and hierarchical roles. By understanding these dynamics, her work helps organisations develop more effective, adaptive, and collaborative approaches to digitalization projects.
