External Lecturer in Employment Law | MSc (cand.merc.jur.) and BSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law, Copenhagen Business School 

External Lecturer in Employment Law at Copenhagen Business School with an academic background in business administration and commercial law. My teaching focuses primarily on employment and labour law within a business law context, with particular emphasis on the legal regulation of the employment relationship and the interaction between law, management and organisational structures. 

Alongside my academic role, I hold a senior professional position within HR and legal advisory, contributing applied perspectives on employment law, HR governance and organisational compliance. My academic interests include labour law, HR governance, and the role of legal frameworks in organisational decision-making and management practice. 

My responsibilities include teaching, examination and serving as an external examiner.
